  • We loved staying at La Ginabelle in general. Even so, we must say that we had the impression that there isn't enough staff either or kitchen size to face offering dinner for all the hotel guests. Specially on New Year`s Eve after one hour and a half we had only tasted the "amuse-bouche" and it took us three and a half long hours to finnish our dinner. At the end, we were so tired that we didn't even stay for the party. I don`t think we will repeat the New Year's Eve experience unless it is changed to a shorter dinner. Also for the Racclette we had to wait in a long queue every time we wanted to have a little bit of cheese and it became very upsetting. Apart from the dinners, the hotel is great but we think you should address this in order to improve all your clients satisfaction. I would recommend the hotel, but not the half boarding.
